& Crossroads
Village and Huckleberry Railroad's Railfans Weekend

Steamup
This is the big one!! This is the premier event of the year
for the MSSLS. Saturday and Sunday our club will be hosting a steamup at
Crossroads Village and Huckleberry Railroad. Crossroads Village features a
steam powered saw mill, cider mill and many other attractions. Included in
our event (for steamers) is an after hours ride, with photo drive bys of
their live steam locomotives and a pot luck dinner in the round house. If
you want to make it up to Michigan for one of our events, this is definitely
the event you want to be at! This year once again will feature #464, one of
the last running Mudhens, don't miss the ride!! |

25th - Sixth Annual Steamup at the Lindley's - Livonia, MI -
(Membership only steamup)
Who to bring: As
always, spouses are specially invited. Please don't leave them home.
What to bring: Of
course, all small locomotives, especially geared locos, and anything you
want to show off for the ground level track.
The club layout
will be set up, so bring everything you want to run on the larger track.
What else to
bring: Canopies if you have one, and lawn chairs. For additional
